The Freeport Community Library provides materials and services that will enrich and support the needs of individual readers of all ages, institutions, and organizations, taking into consideration their varied interests. The library is a resource that provides its patrons and users a wide selection of print and non-print materials: books, magazines, videos, music CDs, audio books in CD, and book cassettes. Materials not a part of Freeport's collection may also be available through Interlibrary loan. The Library has other services available including a variety of cultural exhibits and events throughout the year, a summer reading program, weekly children's story times, and a computer lab with Internet connections. Throughout the year there is always something of interest to look at or participate in at the library.
