b) Discussion of an amendment to Section 526: Peddlers on Private Property to permit a three bay sink.

ITEM IV: Discussion of regulating color in the Design Review District

ITEM V: Discussion of Comprehensive Plan Amendments including a review of the draft PowerPoint presentation and a review of the schedule.
