Freeport Farms Subdivision – Minor Amendment – Final Approval - PUBLIC HEARING
The applicant is presenting final plans for an amendment to the previously approved Freeport Farms Subdivision on West Street. The amendment includes altering lot lines between Freeport Farms and the Town of Freeport, creating an 80’ x 80’ parcel along West Street, and creating a 90 foot wide strip of land to go to an abutting property owner (Oakleaf Housing Trust). This parcel is in the Freeport Village Overlay District. No open space is required. Tax Assessor Map 10, Lot 13. Town of Freeport, applicant and owner.
